If I miss breakfast, then the eggs pile up at a rate of 4 to 6 a day. When I get a big backlog, and I don't burn my breakfast, I boil up a batch of eggs.
I have used hard boiled eggs
- with marinara and pasta
- chopped up with rice
- pureed for the chickens
- quiche
I need more ways to use my eggs!
I love deviled eggs to use up my eggs. Also ice cream and creme brulee are excellent, if decadent, ways to use up eggs.
